– Once you choose to purchase your designated bundle, you will automatically be asked to select an installation date. Remember to select the date and time slot that best suits you. We offer two main delivery time slots: morning (7AM-12PM) and afternoon (1PM-7PM).
– Once the purchase process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Our engineers will deliver and install your bundle in the date and time slot selected.

Each alarmsmart customer will receive a 3 month free app trial as part of their purchase. This will expire 3 months after installation date unless the customer takes out alarmsmart’s monthly maintenance and monitoring package. And remember we don’t tie you into a contract!

No problem. We will remove your old alarm for free and cover the notice period or contract cancellation charge with your current supplier, up to a value of £120.
On the day of install our engineer can assess if additional sensors are required. Our engineer will have additional sensors in his van. If additional sensors are required then these will be installed and charged at £70 + VAT per sensor.

Your alarm will be have 24/7 monitoring via an alarm receiving centre. In the event of a confirmed alarm, the alarm receiving centre will contact the keyholders. And of course you will be notified on the app on your smart phone!
